The Program Executive Office Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS) is conducting market research to inform acquisition planning for the upcoming Enterprise Software Services (ESS) Next requirement. ESS Next is envisioned to provide infrastructure, environments, and associated services that support development, integration, and testing activities for various programs and contract stakeholders within PEO DHMS.

The agency seeks innovative solutions to address key objectives such as optimized and consolidated infrastructure, modernized and secure service delivery, efficient testing and validation, advanced enterprise tooling, cost-effective platform services, and seamless support for operational continuity and users. Industry feedback is requested to help refine requirements, identify novel approaches, and encourage effective competition as acquisition strategy decisions are made.
