Vendor needs to provide enterprise service management solution. • Provide a comprehensive enterprise service management (ESM) solution that will modernize and unify service delivery across multiple departments, including information technology services (ITS), facilities management, human resources (HR), marketing & communications, and finance & procurement. • Enables collaboration between current and future participating departments across all campuses. • Supports automation and standardized workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. • Enhances visibility and accountability for service delivery within and between departments. • Delivers real-time reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • Demonstrates intuitive UX with role-based dashboards that reduce user clicks and optimize task completion times. • Supports low-code/no-code automation (workflow triggers, rules, scheduled syncs). • Open RESTful APIs available for real-time data exchange with SIS, ERP, LMS, HRIS, and identity systems. • Pre-built connectors or integration accelerators for major platforms (e.g., Anthology, Banner, Workday, Peoplesoft, Power BI). • Compatible with enterprise infrastructure (cloud, browsers, mobile), meeting current technical standards.
