(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise management platform.– Provide a scalable and flexible Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform that can support a broad spectrum of service delivery, automation, and operational needs across the agency enterprise.– Enable workflow automation, self–service capabilities, and cross–functional workflows that multiple business areas across the enterprise can leverage.– Provide a centralized Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and service catalog to streamline asset and service management.– Reporting and Dashboards.– Solution must be able to improve and enhance the collaboration among shared services teams by ensuring efficient support and integration of services across IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, and other core functions. It should facilitate cross–functional visibility and reduce operational silos– Solution must integrate self–serve access for all users within the customer portal experience, taking into account the separate network accounts.– This will ensure that users can manage their own needs independently.– Solution must have the ability to apply automation and low–code capabilities to streamline and optimize enterprise workflows.– Ability to integrate with Microsoft Outlook for email notifications and task reminders using the enterprise integration architecture: Integration Hub, Azure ESB, and API Catalog, and leverage event streams (ODS + event bus) for real–time updates.
