(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning systems.– Enterprise Resource Planning that would include Human Resources, Financial, Learning Management and Student Information System Solution.– Ability to deploy and support new business functions in a timely and cost–effective manner. – Automate reconciliation processing, reduce disjointed or incomplete processes.– Reduce the need for multiple 3rd party software solutions performing similar functions. – It includes integrations into a variety of systems including procurement, grant management, budget forecasting and budget prep software, workforce software’s time and labor/absence management and payment requesting systems.– Reduce risk exposure and compliance penalties via automated controls (procurement, grants, capital, payroll, employment laws, budgetary controls) and auditable digital processes.– Provide automated controls, audit trails, and effective dated records for HR, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee lifecycle transactions to support regulatory compliance and transparency.– Reduce time to hire, automate & digitize pre–boarding/onboarding/offboarding, different schedules for timesheets (rotating schedules/billing), talent management and manager/employee processes to save labor hours.– Enable mobile and remote workforce access for employees and managers, including time entry, approvals, and self–service transactions.– Support employees holding multiple concurrent positions, varying schedules, and different pay rules without manual workarounds.– Empower managers and leaders with automated/dynamic approvals, simplified workflows, and user created analytics and dashboards for data–driven action.– Provide real–time workforce, payroll, and talent analytics to support staffing decisions, succession planning, performance management, and workforce development.– Integrated applications/modules, automate account reconciliation, know encumbrance liability, and streamline Annual Comprehensive Fina
