The State of Michigan is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant to support the upgrade and implementation of a new enterprise and financial planning system. The selected consultant will play a key role in all phases of the project, providing professional, technical, consultative, managerial, and other essential services to ensure the successful integration of the ERP solution.

Scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, providing ongoing cost estimation, assisting with the evaluation and selection of software vendors, supporting contract negotiations, and overseeing the implementation process. The consultant is also expected to deliver ongoing advisory services throughout the duration of the project.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for January 23, 2026, and prospective consultants are required to submit all questions by January 27, 2026.
