The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to implement an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The proposed system must provide comprehensive modules for fixed asset management, budgeting, human resources, and must feature a responsive mobile application.
Key requirements include integration capability with existing leasing and revenue systems, creation of standardized automated project proposals, and forecasting of annual operating costs. The system should maintain fixed asset records—including detailed property descriptions, asset IDs, funding sources, titleholders, designated users, acquisition data, and federal participation percentages. Additional features include support for multiple budget versions, encumbrance tracking with end-year rollover functionality, and automated linkage of all transactions with relevant reference data such as employees, departments, warehouses, and cost centers for accurate reporting.
The ERP system should facilitate comprehensive location data management, including attributes like name, type, usage, square footage, dates, addresses, and districts. Asset management must be intuitive, allowing for efficient creation, editing, searching, and verification of asset information. HR functionalities require automated updates to employee records based on specific actions and reasons, tracking of critical labor shortages, and self-service capabilities for employees to update beneficiary and dependent information through an approval workflow.
The platform should ensure user-friendly promotion, backup, and re-promotion of changes between environments and into production, with complete validation and editing of data during entry, whether online or via batch processes.
