(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system.– System should integrate with Leasing and Revenue system.– System creates standardized, automated project proposals with corresponding data and content.– System forecasts annual operating costs for a project.– System maintains fixed‑asset records including property description, asset ID, funding source, titleholder, designated users, acquisition cost and date, and federal participation percentage.– System provides for data entry into multiple budget versions during budget preparation.– System provides encumbrance tracking functionality including a flexible end–year rollover process.– System should automatically associate all transactions with relevant reference data (employee, warehouse, department, cost center, etc.) for accurate reporting.– Manage (create, change, display) Location data – name, type, usage, square footage, start date, address, district, and other information need to be recorded with the location data.– Provide an intuitive interface with asset management to create, edit, manage, search, and verify asset information.– System can automatically apply appropriate updates to employee record based on the selected action and reason and subgroup and create a history of that record. – System shall provide the ability to indicate Critical Labor Shortage on user record.– System to allow employees to update beneficiary and dependent information via self–service –need a work flow approval because of documentation– System has user–friendly interface in promoting, backing out and repromotion of changes between environments and into production.– System's mobile application is responsive to mobile devices.– System allows complete validation and editing of data at the point of entry (on–line or batch).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 9,2026.
