(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system. – Provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. • Requirements: – The vendor provides future software releases and updates to all applications as part of regular software maintenance fees. – The system supports SQL (Structured Query Language) to query, update, and manage system databases. – The vendor provides technical documentation for support staff including system overviews, design, flowcharts, and file layouts. – The vendor provides onsite or online training to system users, technicians and agents. – The vendor provides complete set of user manuals and/or online resources for all software applications to document and explain system features and functions. – The system provides contextual in–system help for users based on modules. – The solution must offer cloud–based Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) or on–premise options. – The system must provide standard APIs for integration with third–party applications – The system must comply with relevant federal and state requirements for data privacy and security. – The system must provide centralized data governance tools, including validation, deduplication, and master data management. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for ten years. (4) Voluntary pre–bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2025.
