The Ontario government is seeking information from qualified vendors for the provision of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to replace its existing legacy platform. The new system will be required to support management of core business operations across various departments within the agency.
The ERP solution should include modules for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting and Analytics, Budgeting and Forecasting, Source-to-Pay, Procurement and Contract Management, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Talent Management (including workforce planning and career development), as well as Time and Attendance Management.
Interested vendors are invited to submit their proposals and address any questions regarding this opportunity by December 5, 2025. The anticipated contract period for the implementation of the new ERP system will be one year.
