(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system to the government authority located in ON.– Agency currently relies on legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related manage core business operations.– The replacement system will need to have following modules:– General Ledger (GL) 4– Accounts Payable (AP)– Accounts Receivable (AR)– Financial Reporting & Analytics– Budgeting & Forecasting – Source–to–Pay– Procurement and Contract management– Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)– Talent Management Workforce planning, Career development)– Time & Attendance / management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
