(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software system.– Implement a new chart of accounts that is more flexible and expandable to improve financial reporting and analysis and to help ensure funding and regulatory compliance.– Use system workflow instead of email for approvals, with ability to temporarily delegate if approvers are out of office.– Reduce the use of spreadsheets at department/division level to track project time budgets, project spending, budget availability, grants, and other reporting needs.– Decentralized direct entry and more automated integration.– Increased use of the system by employees, including those outside finance, information technology, and human resources and increased standardization of processes across the organization.– Retention of transactional documentation within the system rather than distributed across numerous shared drives.– Reduce redundant and shadow processing/tracking.– Enable user–friendly data analysis and querying.– Dashboards and reporting for Finance and departmental use.– Ability to implement budget controls at different levels.– Availability of employee self–service.– Availability of vendor self–service.– Improved reporting functionality.– Increased visibility of transaction status.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on January 22, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
