(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software modernization services to the government authority located in FL. – New ERP solution that encompasses Finance Administration, Human Capital Management (HCM), Procurement, Budget Management, Grants, Loans, and Pension Management capabilities. – Additionally, it includes the services necessary for implementing, supporting, and hosting the solution. – Proposed solution and its associated services aim to replace the current core ERP systems and processes, as well as to replace or integrate with other existing third–party solutions and technologies used by the city. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
