A county in Alberta, Canada is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software migration discovery solution. The selected vendor will assist the county in thoroughly assessing and documenting its current systems, business processes, and requirements in preparation for a future ERP migration.
The scope of this project includes mapping the county’s business processes and system integrations, identifying existing capabilities and limitations, and defining both functional and technical requirements. The vendor will prepare foundational documentation necessary to support ERP solution selection. Key functional areas covered include financial accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, taxation and assessment, commerce, utility billing, animal registration, inventory and work orders, project costing, reconciliations, and a resident self-serve portal, along with integrations to related systems and data sources.
Stakeholder engagement is critical to this project; the vendor will conduct interviews, workshops, and facilitated sessions with county staff to ensure comprehensive requirement gathering and process mapping. All prospective vendors may submit questions regarding the project up to February 9, 2026.
