Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software migration discovery solution. Support the county by documenting current capabilities, pain points, and limitations; mapping business processes and system integrations; defining functional and technical requirements; and preparing the foundational artifacts necessary to proceed with ERP solution selection. Identify and document system integrations, data flows, and dependencies. Map and document current–state business processes in a maintainable format. Engage County stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and facilitated sessions. The scope includes financial accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, taxation and assessment, commerce, utility billing, animal registration, inventory and work orders, project costing, reconciliations, resident self–serve portal, and integrations with dependent systems and data sources. All questions must be submitted no later than Feb 9, 2026.
