(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software environment implementation services. The Successful Offeror shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, material, etc. to provide the software and implementation services for a complete ERP software systems environment. Functional Areas include: General Ledger and Financial Reporting, Budgeting (Operating and Capital), Purchasing, Bids, and Contract Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipts, Project Accounting and Grant Management, Treasury Management, Fixed Assets and Inventory, Application Tracking, Compensation, Human Resources, Learning and Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Time and Attendance, Payroll. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 28, 2025. (3) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 20, 2025.
