(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software and system implementation services. – System has the capability for users to access all system functionality anywhere from any device that has internet connectivity. – System has the capability for users to access all system functionality without the requirement of using a VPN. – Provider must declare what AI engines or tools the system uses or deploys. – Provider must define what standards it uses to ensure ethical use of AI within the system. – System implementer has the capability to provide the agency with a complete inventory of a data elements and defined data standards for each data element. – Systems or System Implementer will provide the agency with the details of data import processes. – System has the capability to provide standardized solution help and support documentation. – System has the capability to control how and when system configurations are migrated between non–production and production environments. – System has the capability to define a documents, records and information management retention schedules/labels within the system. – System has the capability to assign retention labels to uploaded and attached documents. System has the capability to generally integrate or communicate with other applications using the following: – APIs – SOAP services – REST services – Web Services – Software Developer Kits – Import/Export Utilities – Power BI (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026.
