A vendor is sought to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and comprehensive implementation services as part of a financial system modernization initiative. The ERP system should maximize usability, strengthen analytical capacities, improve customer service, and eliminate process redundancies. Key features include IT administrative access to the raw database, configurable workflows, the ability to email documents and reports, online support, and defined support response times based on severity. Additionally, the system should provide a dedicated account manager, be capable of multi-department expansion, and support expandable AI modules.

Further requirements include GIS integration (ESRI compatibility), finance module integration, and records management integration. Ongoing support and a clear framework for issue escalation and resolution are also required. All questions from vendors must be submitted by April 3, 2026.
