The organization seeks a vendor to provide and implement a fully integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system. The selected ERP solution should support financial management, human resources, payroll, procurement, reporting, and related operational functions, streamlining workflows and approval routing throughout the organization.

The system must offer real-time operational and financial visibility, secure and role-based self-service access for users, and eliminate redundant manual processes and shadow systems. Improved data accuracy and integrity across all departments is required, with compatibility for integration with existing third-party systems. Vendors should provide dashboard visualization tools, a comprehensive data migration plan, and robust reporting and analytics capabilities.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 10, 2026. The contract awarded will span a period of five years.
