The City of British Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) replacement readiness assessment. This service will evaluate the city's preparedness to transition to a new ERP system, focusing on key areas such as finance, payroll, human resources, operations, work and asset management, and time entry for operations staff.

The assessment aims to help the city understand its current state, identify gaps or challenges, and recommend improvements aligned with modern ERP solutions. It will also examine the complex data integrations currently in place, evaluate risks, and outline requirements to ensure a successful migration. The findings will support a strategic initiative to replace the city's critical ERP systems over the next five years.

Additionally, the service will assess the one-time implementation costs, ongoing support or subscription expenses, and the reputation, strengths, and limitations of potential ERP software providers. The contract period for this project is one year.
