(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning replacement readiness assessment service.– Assessment will evaluate the city's readiness to move to a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and identify key requirements, risks, and recommendations to support a successful transition.– City understand its current state, highlight any gaps or challenges, and explore opportunities to improve and modernize business processes in line with today’s ERP solutions.– Strategic 5–year initiative to replace critical ERP software systems currently in use at the city including finance, payroll and operations ERP systems.– Systems collectively support finance or accounting, payroll, and HR functions as well as work, asset management and time entry for operations staff.– Data flows between these systems across several complex and error–prone integration points.– One–time cost to implement the software, ongoing support and maintenance (or subscription) cost, any known strengths, issues or limitations of the software, reputation and quality of the software provider and quality and availability of support.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
