SUMMARY

Manitoba is seeking an end-to-end ERP software solution, with full implementation, transformation, and ongoing support services for an eight-year term.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a qualified proponent capable of delivering a commercial off-the-shelf ERP application

TIMELINE

The project is scheduled to begin in fiscal year 2027-2028, starting April 1st, 2027.

DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, including both a commercial off-the-shelf ERP application and complete implementation and transformation services. The selected partner will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, covering business process re-engineering, benefit realization, solution design, configuration, system integration, data migration, comprehensive testing, deployment, organizational change management, user training, and ongoing post-implementation support.

The scope also includes managed services following the post-implementation period. The anticipated solution should integrate enterprise data, standardize business processes, enhance reporting and analytics, and drive increased agility through modern, cloud-based technologies. The overarching goal is to improve operational effectiveness, elevate stakeholder and user experiences, and ensure the delivery of long-term value for the organization. The contract period is eight years.
