A government entity in Colorado is seeking information on enterprise resource planning (ERP) system solutions. The envisioned ERP should support governmental fund accounting in compliance with GASB standards, provide real-time budget control and enforcement, and maintain requisition-level encumbrances throughout the payment lifecycle. The system must also support structured purchasing workflows and approvals, automate invoice processing, integrate P-Card transactions, and manage warehouse and mobile inventory operations.
Additional requirements include comprehensive fixed asset lifecycle tracking, robust reporting with audit transparency and compliance features, strong enforcement of security controls and segregation of duties, and mechanisms for cost transparency and long-term pricing predictability.
