Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. – An integrated solution that supports municipal financial management, payroll/HR, procurement, asset and project tracking, reporting, and citizen–facing services. – Ensure robust integration options, including Microsoft 365, BC property assessment tools, payment processors, and utility systems. – Future–ready integration approach for evolving municipal software ecosystems. – Available deployment models: on–premises, private–hosted, or cloud–hosted. – Support for multi–department collaboration and real–time data access. – Ongoing support model (helpdesk hours, SLAs, updates, account management). – Utility billing (metered/flat–rate), penalties, autopay, consumption reports. – Property tax billing, penalties, adjustments, tax certificates. – Ability to import legacy data from current systems. – Full audit trails for financial and HR data. – Compatibility with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. – Customizable financial reports, dashboards. – Support for self–service reporting. – Integration options and APIs.
