The province of Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide and implement a SaaS-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for municipal applications. The desired solution should be fully integrated and capable of flexible deployment, supporting either a joint ERP platform across multiple municipalities or independent implementations according to municipal needs.

Vendors are expected to propose robust methodologies for implementation, integration, and data migration to ensure a successful and seamless deployment. The proposed ERP system must demonstrate compliance with relevant municipal financial legislation, regulations, and recognized public sector accounting standards and best practices.

Additionally, the solution should leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to drive efficiency, enhance internal controls, support automation of core business processes, and improve decision-making. The final selection will prioritize alignment with the individual goals and strategic direction of participating municipalities, establishing a strong foundation for long-term operational success. The anticipated contract period is two years.
