Seeking vendor for ERP needs assessment and procurement documentation to modernize and integrate municipal finance and HR systems in Alberta.
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) needs assessment and procurement documents services.– Systems to manage core municipal functions, including finance, taxation, utilities, and human resources management including payroll.– Implement a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that will integrate and streamline its core business functions, with an initial focus on Finance and Human Resources.– Assessment will identify existing system limitations, business process gaps, and functional and technical requirements needed to support modernization.– Analyze current and future–state business processes for finance and human resources, forming the foundation for a well–defined and strategic procurement process.– Conduct a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Needs Assessment and to develop a complete, ready–for–issuance ERP procurement document.– Conduct a high–level review of available ERP solutions.– Assess the city’s current finance and human resources systems, processes, workflows, and data environment, identify gaps and inefficiencies.– Engagement shall result in a fully compliant ERP procurement document, a consolidated Needs Assessment Report, and a recommended implementation roadmap that provides the City with the foundation to procure and implement a modern ERP solution.– ERP solution that enhances operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, data integrity, and alignment with strategic objectives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.
