(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation consultant services. Replace its current ERP software platform, which is over ten years old and no longer meets the organization’s needs. Implement a new system that will enhance service to the Village’s residents, businesses, and customers, while also increasing employee productivity. The scope includes information consolidation, workflow automation, streamlined business processes, reduction in custom-built solutions, and enhanced reporting capabilities for management, in addition to a Village Software Needs Assessment. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
