A public entity in Virginia is soliciting proposals for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial software solution. The selected vendor will provide an ERP system capable of seamlessly updating all related modules with any changes made, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.

The solution should feature a user-friendly toolkit for the creation and management of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), supporting integration with third-party and in-house systems. The system must include its own API keys and connectors to facilitate these integrations.

Additionally, the ERP software must be fully compatible with a variety of mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones, and deliver a device-agnostic user experience across platforms including Android, iOS, and Windows. The initial contract period for this engagement will be one year.
