(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial software.– System shall flow all changes made in the system throughout all proposed system modules without the need for duplicate data entry.– System has the ability to provide a toolkit to create and manage Application Programming Interface (API's) in an easy user–friendly interface.– System has the ability to support API's for third–party system integration.– System has its own API keys and connectors for third–party and in–house system integration.– System shall operate on mobile devices (e.g., tablets, smart phones) and size–render appropriately.– System shall be device agnostic when run on mobile devices (e.g., the system can be run on Android, iOS, Windows, etc.).(2) A pre–proposal vendor teleconference will be held on February 17, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
