(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning consulting service. The selected Consultant shall provide advisory, facilitation, and procurement support services for the selection of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution and associated implementation partner. The consultant’s role is limited to readiness, requirements, procurement, and selection activities: • Phase 1 – Mobilization and Alignment • Phase 2 – RFP Development and Solicitation • Phase 3 – Evaluation and Final Selection • Phase 4 – Contract Negotiation and Award Support (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
