Colorado seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting services. The selected consultant will support the state in the selection and procurement of an ERP software solution and an implementation partner.
The consultant’s responsibilities include advisory, facilitation, and procurement support services that cover readiness assessment, requirements definition, and assistance throughout the procurement and selection process. The engagement is structured in four phases: Mobilization and Alignment; RFP Development and Solicitation; Evaluation and Final Selection; and Contract Negotiation and Award Support.
