DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a partner to build, integrate, and sustain a comprehensive suite of common services on the Cloud One Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform. The objective is to enhance a standardized, shared-services model that allows the Project Management Office (PMO) to improve both internal and external collaboration, streamline business functions, and integrate current and future technologies to provide a decisive information advantage.

The contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, documenting, implementing, integrating, automating, operating, and sustaining core ERP common services. Additionally, the contractor must provide ongoing support activities including service management, storage management and administration, database management, capacity management, backup and restore, patching, disaster recovery, incident management, and troubleshooting.

This initiative is intended to support modernization and operational resiliency, and the selected partner will play a crucial role in evolving the organization's ERP capabilities.
