The City in California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide application support services for its legacy Central Square Naviline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This engagement will focus primarily on supporting the Central Square Naviline application, with approximately ninety percent of the total work effort dedicated to this platform. The scope includes both functional and technical support for a range of modules, such as GMBA, AR, AP, P–CARD, MR, OP, CR, CODE, FLEET, OMS, BP, WO, UB, CIS, C2GG3, Congos, and DMS.
In addition, the selected vendor will be responsible for supporting city-developed custom modifications to the Naviline application, which are written in RPG II/FREE. While the City maintains around 100 custom modules, changes are infrequent, and support is expected to primarily involve analysis, troubleshooting, and minor updates. The vendor will also assist City staff with application-related questions and issue resolution, ensuring smooth ERP operations.
Reporting assistance is another critical aspect of this service. The vendor will develop, modify, and produce ad hoc reports from the Naviline ERP and related data sources, as well as assist City staff with data extraction, formatting, validation, and reconciliation. Responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting report logic and resolving data anomalies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of ERP reporting. The contract period for these services is one year.
