A Georgia state agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide acquisition and implementation services for a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The selected vendor will manage the procurement of the ERP software as well as its implementation, project management, and other ongoing support services necessary for smooth operation.
The ERP system should encompass all software modules required to support the agency's back-office business functions. Key functional areas include Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Grants Management, Project Management), Human Resources (Organization Management, Employee Data Management, Organization Updates, Compensation, Time and Absence Management), Supply Chain (Procurement, Contract Management, Reporting and Analysis), and Information Technology (Technical Overlay, Reporting and Analysis).
Interested vendors are expected to propose comprehensive solutions that address each of these areas. Vendors are encouraged to review requirements in detail and submit any questions by January 21, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026, which is open but not mandatory for prospective bidders.
