(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning and student information system.– Allow payoff checks (all remaining and accrued to be paid in one check and taxed as several pay checks).– Provide for multiples of all basic payroll cycles such as weekly, bi–weekly and monthly.– Allow salary accrual by individual record basis on contract, salary and hourly employees.– Support and track all non–taxable benefits.– Correctly handle multiple direct deposits on any payroll run.– Allow mixing of checks and direct deposits on any payroll run.– Check stubs have a detailed summary of all earnings, taxes, deductions and an area for special messages.– Automatically calculate all necessary payroll taxes as required by federal, state and local governments.– Able to tax supplements and adjustments as regular pay.– Payroll data feeds accounting information directly into the finance system.– Allow manual override to print only checks on payroll run.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
