(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning and implementation solution.– Conduct market research specific to modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and implementation services suitable for a large K–12 school system.– Update and modernize its enterprise system that support the finance, procurement, budgetary controls, reporting, technology, and other related administrative applications with an integrated approach that has the flexibility to meet current and future functional and technological needs.– Software companies or a team consisting of a software company, reseller, and implementation services that have proven experience in ERP systems for K–12 educational entities.– Provides for a full range of financial system capabilities fully integrated with other functional areas to reduce redundancies of entry with added efficiencies for review and reconciliations.– Provides for the reporting and tracking of budgetary controls at various levels within a distinct reporting group.– Provides for a full range and logistical system capabilities fully integrated with other functional areas.– Provides for robust delivered reports as part of the core ERP system, including ad–hoc reporting capabilities.– Provide for the underlying technology to support the ERP system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026.
