A large K–12 school system in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution along with implementation services. The objective is to update and modernize the district’s enterprise systems supporting finance, procurement, budgetary controls, reporting, technology, and other related administrative functions. The selected solution should be integrated and flexible, able to adapt to current and future organizational and technological needs.

Vendors may consist of software providers, resellers, or teams with a proven track record in implementing ERP systems for K–12 educational institutions. The desired platform must offer a full suite of financial system functionalities, tightly integrated to reduce redundant data entry and improve efficiency in data review and reconciliation. Additional requirements include comprehensive logistical support, robust reporting—such as built-in standard and ad-hoc reports—and advanced tracking of budgetary controls across various reporting groups. The proposal must address the underlying technology necessary to support and sustain the ERP system.
