(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning and human resources information system replacement advisory services– The Agency intends to select a qualified firm to assist in planning for the renewal of our existing financial systems and introduction of a human resources information system– The Agency is looking to establish an agreement with a consulting firm with strong experience in this space, particularly in the development of detailed business requirements and procurement planning, and reserve the right to negotiate the– Functionality that are anticipated to be required by the agency and supported by successor ERP platforms include the following• Chart of Accounts• General Ledger• Accounts Receivable (AR)• Accounts Payable (AP)• Organizational Structure Management• Workforce Planning• Cash Receipting• Bank Reconciliation• Funds Management• Multi–year Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)• Operational Budget Management and Reporting• Procurement Authorizations / Purchase Orders• Time(sheet) Entry(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
