This Request for Information aims to gather market insights and best practices for modern enterprise PPM tools.

Vendors are requested to describe how their solutions support standardized project intake, demand capture, configurable governance routing, and approval workflows. The RFI also asks how solutions enable strategic alignment and investment prioritization, including custom scoring models, prioritized roadmaps, and scenario planning such as portfolio balancing and capacity constraints. Additional requirements include tracking decisions and approvals for auditing, converting approved requests into active projects, facilitating project artifact management, and managing stakeholder identification and tracking.
