The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise permitting and licensing report conversion solution. The objective is to convert twenty-six existing enterprise permitting and licensing reports, currently developed in Crystal Reports, to SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

The vendor will be expected to ensure that the converted reports maintain functional equivalence to the originals, preserving all aspects necessary for the continuity of permitting and licensing operations. The solution must support auditability and regulatory compliance requirements. Responsibilities include assessing the logic, parameters, formatting, and data sources of each report, and identifying any constraints, assumptions, or risks that may affect the conversion process.

The contract for this project is anticipated to have a duration of one year.
