(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise permitting and licensing report conversion solution to convert twenty–six existing enterprise permitting and licensing reports currently developed in crystal reports to SQL server reporting services.– Preserve functional equivalence between the original and converted reports.– Maintain continuity of permitting and licensing operations.– Support auditability and regulatory compliance.– Assess report logic, parameters, formatting, and data sources.– Identify any constraints, assumptions, or risks that may affect conversion. (2) All question must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026. (3) A contract period will be for one year.
