DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking an enterprise mentorship software-as-a-service solution to support the creation and management of mentor and mentee profiles. The platform should allow users to create, edit, archive, and configure custom profile attributes, while providing automated mentor–mentee matching with configurable criteria and administrative controls.
The solution should also support manual mentor search and selection by administrators and participants, as well as multiple mentorship program models, including one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, cohort-based programs, and community or employee resource group programs. It should provide customizable communication templates, log system-generated communications, and enable administrators to review or resend messages.
