(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise management solution.– The selected contractor will provide a comprehensive platform with features such as vulnerability submission workflows, researcher engagement tools, advanced analytics, and dedicated support services.– The offeror shall provide a strategy and implementation of Vulnerability Submissions and Management Workflows.– The offeror’s explanation of how the license/subscription supports an inbox, security page, disclosure workflow, community engagement capabilities– The offeror’s explanation of its Hectivity, Leader board, and reputation system integration capabilities.– The Offeror’s approach, in detail, how integration with existing agency IT systems via an advanced programming interface API will be achieved.– The Offeror’s capability to provide mediation support.– The Offeror’s capability to provide tools, and processes for effective vulnerability triage and resolution.– Advanced analytics and custom reporting capabilities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
