(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise hardware and virtualization platform. – The goal is to replace the agency’s existing virtualization environment with a modern, vendor–neutral solution that meets or exceeds current capabilities while enabling future expansion, multi–site resiliency, and improved operational efficiency.– The solution must support flexible deployment models. performance for mixed virtualization workloads. • Requirements:– The platform must support full disaster recovery and replication capabilities.– Recovery Time Objective (RTO): ≤ 1 hour • When two sites are deployed, the platform must support:– Two independent sites– Active/active or active/passive configurations– Planned failover, unplanned failover, and failback workflows • Compute requirements:– Dual–socket server design– Minimum 32 physical cores per node • Storage requirements: Storage subsystem must provide high availability, fault tolerance, and sufficient • Networking requirements: Minimum 10 GbE per node • Core Virtualization Features:– Virtual machine snapshots and rollback– Live migration of running VMs with zero downtime– Automated workload balancing based on resource usage– Rolling upgrades and maintenance with no VM downtime • Security:– Encryption of data in transit– Role–based access control (RBAC) • Identity and Access:– Integration with Entra ID– Ability to create local account for access if IdP is unavailable • Backup, monitoring, and visibility • Management & automation • Lifecycle management • Support and implementation services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
