DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise guest or venue and commerce management platform. The requested solution is intended to be a fully integrated, enterprise-grade platform supported by associated professional services. SaaS delivery is strongly preferred, and the scope includes platform software licensing and cloud-based hosting.
Required services include platform configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover support, along with data migration as applicable. The selected vendor will also be expected to provide staff training, knowledge transfer, operational documentation, and ongoing support services such as maintenance, patches, updates, service management, and post-implementation stabilization.
