The new solution should be a future-proof, cloud-based enterprise platform designed to resolve current operational, technological, and data governance challenges, while supporting scalability, efficiency, and transparency across all subsidiaries and operational units.

Key requirements include the implementation of integrated inventory and fixed asset management capabilities for accurate tracking and financial accountability across all locations, including in California. The platform must deliver comprehensive process automation covering procurement, warehouse management, logistics, field operations, and financial reconciliation, aiming to eliminate manual processes and reduce errors. Additionally, the solution should offer cloud-native, mobile-enabled access to support remote and multi-location users with consistent performance.

Vendors are expected to deliver a system with robust API-driven architecture for seamless integration with existing internal systems and third-party applications. The platform should provide centralized data governance, ensuring data consistency and a single source of truth for all business functions. Advanced real-time reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities are required to enhance operational visibility and decision-making across subsidiaries and ISP partners. The initial contract will be for a one-year period.
