The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC–APG), Huachuca Division, Bravo Branch is seeking information from industry regarding a comprehensive, enterprise-scale Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution to support governance and management of the U.S. Army’s Microsoft 365 (M365) environment.

The desired solution should integrate seamlessly with M365, enabling robust enterprise governance, including hierarchical role-based access controls and delegated administration across SharePoint Online, Teams, and the Power Platform. It must provide advanced data sensitivity and security features such as automated sensitivity and retention labeling, remediation of oversharing, and data loss prevention. Additionally, the solution should automate records lifecycle management in alignment with Army and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) standards, offer automated workspace lifecycle management for SharePoint and Teams, and address storage optimization by identifying and remediating redundant, obsolete, and trivial data.

Cloud backup and restore functionality is required for Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
