Vendor needs to provide enterprise ERP software for Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Revenue Management, Content Management and associated functions. Getting up to speed quickly on the status of the Town’s implementation to date. Creating a timeline with milestones required to achieve established deadlines. Identify responsibilities of Tyler Technologies and of each Town staff member to meet deadlines. Meet weekly with the Tyler Project Manager for status reports. Provide technical assistance to town staff to meet milestones. Meet weekly or bi-weekly with the Finance Director to advise on the status of project. Meet with the Information Technology Director, Town Manager or Assistant Town Manager as requested.
