The Town of Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide enterprise ERP software solutions to support Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Revenue Management, Content Management, and related functions. The selected vendor will also deliver implementation support services, including rapidly assessing the current status of the Town’s ERP implementation.

Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive project timeline with well-defined milestones to ensure all deadlines are met. The vendor will coordinate closely with both Tyler Technologies and Town staff to clarify responsibilities, facilitate regular communication, and monitor progress. Ongoing support will involve weekly meetings with the Tyler Project Manager for status updates, technical assistance to town staff to achieve project goals, as well as recurring consultations with the Finance Director. Additional meetings with the Information Technology Director, Town Manager, or Assistant Town Manager may be required to ensure the successful deployment and integration of the ERP system.
