DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization seeks a vendor to deliver an enterprise eLicensing platform to replace its legacy permitting system with an Appian-based solution. The project is intended to modernize permitting, licensing, and compliance management through a unified, scalable system that improves efficiency, transparency, and user experience for both internal staff and external users.
The new platform is expected to simplify and streamline business processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.
