(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise document management software.– Enterprise document management (EDM) software solutions to better serve county’s needs and to gain a clear understanding of the marketplace, vendors, solution functionality and pricing structures.– Provide a centralized repository secured by role–based security and access control across all county locations and departments.– Offer AI–assisted or automated, end–to–end document lifecycle management, classification, indexing, and detailed audit trails.– Ensure business continuity through robust data backup and disaster recovery functionality.– Offer a secure API and administrative tools for reliable integration with existing applications.– Integration and interface with county systems and applications system types: enterprise (ERP, HRIS, Financial, Permitting), Microsoft, utility billing, case management, custom developed, and print–scan environments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2025.
