The vendor will provide an enterprise data and dashboard lead EQuIS administrator solution. This includes designing and publishing dashboards using widgets such as charts, maps, grids, and tables for both internal and public reporting purposes. For public or externally shared dashboards, the solution must ensure appropriate licensing, security measures like data masking, and accurate branding.

Responsibilities also involve customizing reports utilizing SSRS/RDL or similar technologies, allowing data to be delivered through dashboards and as exports. The vendor will support the configuration and ongoing management of the EQuIS Professional and Enterprise environment, which includes oversight of users, roles, permissions, reference values, facility creation, action levels, and groups. Integration with ESRI ArcGIS and development of related workflows, maps, widgets, and dashboard features are also required.

The scope includes developing training materials and guidance for both users and administrators, as well as maintaining detailed documentation of configurations and best practices. The selected vendor will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of dashboard usage, ensuring data integrity, managing upgrades, and implementing new modules and features of EQuIS.
