The purpose of this market research is to identify capable providers who can deliver a comprehensive solution that meets the Treasury's requirements for enterprise-level learning systems. The information collected will be used to inform acquisition strategies, potential small business set-aside decisions, and to help refine the eventual statement of work. Interested vendors are asked to submit technical capability statements, company qualifications, support and pricing structure, and other relevant information indicating their experience and capacity.
