The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise content management solution to support its content management services. The desired system must offer advanced automation capabilities, AI-driven document classification, and seamless integration with case management systems.
Key requirements include the ability to create searchable PDF files through text recognition, index documents by various criteria and detected text, and automatically classify documents using artificial intelligence. The system should also support converting uploaded documents, audio, or video files into alternative formats for repository storage. Additional features include single sign-on for all applications, automated population of records requests via webforms or a case management interface, and customizable dashboards for user workload management.
The solution must be able to ingest data feeds from the case management system to facilitate cross-referencing and populating related data using shared case identifiers. Automated account creation for new internal users handling completed records requests and highly configurable workflows and dropdown options are also required. Interested vendors should note that inquiries regarding the project must be submitted by February 20, 2026.
