Vendor needs to provide enterprise content management solution for content management services to the government authority located in Texas. Requirements include: searchable PDF file created by applying text recognition technology; index documents based on a variety of criteria, including format and detection of text; automatic classification of documents (Artificial Intelligence); convert uploaded documents, audio, or video to another file type for storage in the repository; single user sign-on, for all applications within the solution; automatic population of records requests submitted via webform or seamless Case Management interface; customized and configurable dashboards for users to manage their workload; ability to ingest a data feed from the Case Management System to populate related data and cross-reference requests with shared Case Identified (ID) data; automated account creation for new internal users who are receiving a completed records request; configurable workflow behaviors and drop-down items. All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
