A New York agency is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a cloud-based enterprise content management (ECM) system utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Online Government Cloud (GCC). The project aims to consolidate content repositories, enhance records management, optimize ECM workflows, and automate both current and new system functions to strengthen overall content handling and information governance.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the ECM platform, including system design, development, and implementation.
