The state of Georgia is seeking a vendor to implement an enterprise content data management system to replace the existing emVision360 document repository, which is no longer supported. This initiative aims to deploy a modern, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution across the organization, centralizing departmental records and improving the management of policies, guidelines, charters, procedures, and other critical documents.

The new platform will enable the transition from paper-based and fragmented storage to a fully digital, unified system. Key objectives include enhancing organizational efficiency, streamlining collaboration, reducing redundancy, and ensuring consistency in documentation throughout the authority.
