The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive enterprise construction management services. The selected company will support enterprise standardization, program support and portfolio management, independent project reviews, and full project procurement and acquisition, including the preparation of bid packages for various types of facilities.
Additional responsibilities include on-site project management office support, risk and configuration management, project planning, design and construction management, project start-up, security, and commissioning, as well as testing, earned value management, and cost estimating. The scope also covers alternatives and business case analysis, nuclear safety oversight, feasibility studies, claims processing, facility operation and maintenance, and support of the corporate project management program. General support across all phases of construction and facility operations is also required.
The project demands strong experience in managing complex, large-scale construction initiatives within a government or institutional setting.
