(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise class data center colocation solution. • Enterprise–class data center colocation solution to support the county’s hybrid IT strategy. • Enhance resiliency, provide reliable carrier accessibility, and enable seamless interconnection with leading cloud services. • Intended to strengthen business continuity, reduce operational risk, and align the County’s technology infrastructure with its long–term modernization goals. • Must be carrier–neutral, with established Tier–1 providers such as AT&T and Lumen and offer Mega port–enabled access for low–latency connectivity to Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Solution must include all necessary services, including carrier service activation, Network–as a–Service (NAAS) connections, cross–connects, cabling, power distribution, and connectivity to the County’s designated network and cloud providers. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Jan 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
