(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise–based software. – Software specifically designed for use by agency and sharing their product offerings. – Provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low–income individuals and families. – Ability for clients to submit applications through an on–line portal. – Ability for clients to check wait–list status on–line. – Integrated Document Imaging system providing the ability to pursue a paperless office environment. – Full data conversion from existing system to new. • Tenant Billing. • Mobile Application for all Inspections. • Applicant Waiting List. • Appointment Management. • Unit Management. – Executive Dashboard allows quick and effortless assessment, in real–time, of the agency’s business functions. – Capabilities for integration with online banking applications, and facilitation of direct deposit of housing assistance payments (HAP) and direct debit of tenant bank accounts for monthly rent. (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
