(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise asset management system.– Providing the software platform, complete implementation services, historical data migration, system integration, comprehensive user training, and ongoing technical support and maintenance services– Partner with a single, qualified vendor capable of delivering a turn–key solution that can centralize a diverse array of functions and data into one cohesive platform.– A software platform that centralizes maintenance information and facilitates the processes of maintenance operations– An authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single set of credentials (e.g., their primary City network username and password) to access multiple, independent software applications– Application Programming Interface (API)– Geographic Information System (GIS)(2) Two mandatory pre–conference meetings will be held on February 17 and 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
